The OBD Business Suite is a collection of premium business tools provided by Ocala Business Directory to help business owners manage, market, and grow their online presence.
The Business Suite may include:

- Social media scheduling and automation
- Reputation and review management tools
- Integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook) and Google Business Profile
These Terms apply only to the Business Suite and its associated applications, not to general browsing of the public directory.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the OBD Business Suite.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date
OBD is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Business Suite to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Publish misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
- Spam, harass, or abuse others
- Attempt to bypass platform restrictions or safeguards
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. AI Tools & Generated Content
Some Business Suite features use artificial intelligence to assist with content creation, suggestions, or automation.
By using these features, you acknowledge:
- AI-generated content is provided as assistance, not professional advice
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing
- Automated posting occurs only when explicitly enabled by you
- OBD does not guarantee performance, engagement, or results
You retain ownership of content you create or approve.
5. Third-Party Integrations (OAuth)
The OBD Business Suite may connect to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Google Business Profile) using OAuth authorization.
By connecting an account, you agree that:
- OBD may access only the permissions you explicitly approve
- Tokens are stored securely and used solely to provide requested functionality
- Platform limitations, outages, or policy changes are outside OBD’s control
You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
6. Publishing & Automation Limitations
Publishing features may be limited or unavailable due to:
- Platform permission requirements
- App review or approval status
- Changes to third-party API policies
OBD does not guarantee uninterrupted publishing capability and is not liable for platform-side restrictions.
7. Fees & Subscription Access
Some Business Suite features may require a paid subscription or premium access.
If applicable:
- Pricing and features are disclosed prior to purchase
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- OBD reserves the right to modify pricing or features with notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension of premium features.
8. Intellectual Property
All Business Suite software, interfaces, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Ocala Business Directory or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software
- Use OBD branding without permission
You retain ownership of your business data and content.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Business Suite is also governed by the OBD Business Suite Privacy Policy.
By using the Business Suite, you consent to data handling as described in that policy.

10. Suspension & Termination
OBD may suspend or terminate your access if:

The Business Suite is provided “as is” and “as available.”
OBD makes no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy of AI-generated content
- Performance or results of marketing efforts
- Availability of third-party integrations
Use of the Business Suite is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocala Business Directory shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Third-party platform actions or outages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for use of the Business Suite.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
